RE: What is the most common way(s) your romantic relationships end? Is there a pattern?

There is no pattern with me. I was married from 18 years old to 40 odd, and blissfully happy with two wonderful children, but I was too young, much younger than my ex. No blame, just age and growing apart.

Later, fabulous short term relationships, good, but no committment on either side. Later still, a serious relationship for a couple of years which failed because of his insane jealousy. Something I has never encountered before.

My first love is whar I want to find again, but is it possible? I was only 16 when I met my ex husband, I doubt very much that this love can be found again.

RE: What is the number one turnoff for women?

Absolutely all of those things.

I can think of more, but that would make me definitely out of the CS dating league, so zip!

RE: Would you emigrate elsewhere, if so where?

Hmmmmm, Secrets Olso?????

I always said I would never move from Spain, I adore my life here. However, I´m starting to think that maybe I should be more flexible. dunno

RE: confuse!

Was that to me?

Well, it seems we´re all still searching for the elusive in the two days I´ve been away. laugh

RE: confuse!

No sweetie, I´ve been to the beach for a couple of days during the holidays. I live in Spain por favor!

If he really wants to be in touch with you then he can find the time, regardless of his workload.

RE: What is the number one turnoff for men?

Me too Ambrose.

I also love a gentle man (as opposed to gentleman, though this is a good quality too) who is at peace with the world, and loves books, music etc.

RE: Where have all the winos gone?

RE: First date etiquette...

hug A first date is an effort of some sorts though T, don´t you think? We all want to make a pleasing first impression. The same as if I were to attend a job interview, well not quite the same, but you know what I mean.

I was thinking about this recently. Imagine travelling to some far off place to meet somebody and arriving, after many hours,or a couple of flight changes looking like a wreck!

RE: Thread of The Day award...

Have to agree with you. The funniest and most original thread I´ve seen in a long time.

RE: How honest is your profile

Mine is totally honest, and the pics are too.

However, it is impossible to portray a true image of yourself in just a few words.

RE: Admiring Men's Bodies....

I´m rubbish at IT stuff but I know how to do that.

Ok, click on properties of the image and copy, then paste in between the IMG option. Does that make sense?

RE: why are americans so anti english

rolling on the floor laughing That is very true, and has been for many years.

British cuisine is wonderful these days. Bad food is just a negative, stereotypical observation. If you know where to eat in Britain you will be amazed.

Having said that, I´m a Med woman now, and I adore the food here in Spain.

RE: Admiring Men's Bodies....

Rodo, you´ve got to start a new thread with a pic, it doesn´t work in an existing thread.

RE: Can a Photograph be considered Art

I think so too. I love black and white photography, particularly of war zones...they are so moving and real.

Anyway, some of the photos here are real works of art. rolling on the floor laughing
