yes...people are no longer able to live in their own homes and be comfortable without some home owners association telling them how to live. I would never own a home in a community. If I owned a home, it would be in the country...with no pathetic people around me
there should be no parameters for humor. Maybe for yourself....but not in general. There can be no parameters for humor...that amount to censorship. Nor does political coeectness have a place in humor!! All jokes offend someone or something that someone holds dear

I am a total social smoker and drinker. I live alone and do not smoke or drink at home. I do, however, drink and smoke a cigar when I am at karaoke. This being my only social event. Sometimes I only drink soda ans still smoke a cigar. Sometimes I drink gin and tonic and don't smoke at all. You can, indeed be a social smoker
