Well, so far 64% of people who answered the poll do NOT believe in original sin; almost 2/3rds of people so far believe that they were not born with this heavy burden automatically.
It can be rationalised in a convoluted kind of way, but I don't think God was very nice to condemn me to have this sin without me personally having done anything - plus if God created everything he must also have created evil and if he didn't create evil he didn't create everything - right?
All I can say is that if God exists He/She/It is not a nice being at all............ and He/She/It should definitely be feared, but certainly not loved.
I fought for a lot of my life against believing then tried my best to believe, but I think the atheists here are probably right, even though I really like Christian principles.
I'd have to say I am mainly Logical-mathematical and verbal-linguistic with a little Bodily-kinesthetic thrown in...... crap Interpersonal intelligence, quite Intrapersonal, fairly visual-spatial (but not artistic) and no Musical intelligence apart from seductive bedroom music once in a blue moon.........
