We're in the second lock down and it doesn't bother me. There are ways to get what I absolutely need and it'll be temporary and I like not being dragged into town every Saturyday.
Why don't you organise some virtual events with your singles club? I heard people having Zoom parties, playing a murder mystery game or scheduling (laughing) yoga classes.
It's job dependent, some sector's can facilitate people working from home, but there are several sectors (production, service etc.) where this is not possible.
I hope to be able to maintain a mix of both when things are eventually back to normal. It is good to keep in touch with colleagues, but for my job, I wouldn't need to be able to be an office every day.
