I don't buy saltwater farmed fish if I can avoid it.
I like trout and went to a local supplier to look at it and buy trout. I wasn't impressed. If possible, buying local and checking the conditions how any kind of animals are reared is what I prefer.
I like my place and even though there was a lot less of renovating to do compared what would have been required in Bisaccia - I have enough of renovations for the rest of my life (even though there is more required).
It's visible in someone's action. I think kindness is an essential part of being a gentleman, otherwise it's only for show.
To attract a gentleman, attributes are probably similar. Yes, there are a lot of chancers and guys that are gentlemen by proclamation only, but it is easy enough to figure out someone's character (and not just behaviour) when spending time with someone.
