Spend all summer outside working in the garden. Now it's dark (plus cold and wet), so that doesn't work anymore.
Lots to do inside, but will need to motivate myself to get all of this started. Spending more time on the laptop than usual, but have plenty of other entertainment. Just not into TV etc. Have to get a heap of books next time I'm making it to town.
Communication is important. My parents worked all day together and I can still remember that when we came back from work, they would be listening to the news on the radio and discuss what was going on in the world.
Having something to say to my partner and not getting bored is important. If you don't have something to say to each other, what are you going to do? Who are you going to spend time with and discuss what is going on in your life?
Lots of reasons why people can't find their other half though.
Not complaining Geno, took a while but I did run into someone really good.
I have no problems with people who are into that type of stuff, but might be a good idea to enquire a bit more subtle if someone else is into this, too.
Have you gotten similar interesting offers yourself?
The "classical Keto" with lots of meat and fat is not healthy imo. Some cancer patients use keto and it can work in early stages for a cancer predominantly feeding on glucose, but in later stages, cancer feeds on cholesterol and amino acids as well.
For cancer patients, a "clean keto" without or very little meat is recommended. Keto is supposed to work well for brain cancer patients.
It would be too restrictive for me. I think it's also important to know any food intolerances - once I avoided these food groups, I lost more weight than I wanted.
I looked into which type of diet is the healthiest for me and eat a whole food, plant based diet with some fish and healthy fats.
