I don't like someone uninvited invading my space, so I wouldn't do either. If it's not mutual, I would thank someone for a nice evening and wish him all the best. That I like someone doesn't mean that it is reciprocated and would keep that in mind.
Not vegetarian or vegan, but eating primarily a whole food, plant based diet for health reasons. I have a ton of food intolerances and feeling better with the diet I'm on now.
To each their own, as long as someone eats healthy, I keep my mouth shut and let them be.
I live in a different country. I find it important to speak the language, integrate myself into society and take part in the social life where I live.
It doesn't mean giving up my language, culture and values. I was surprised how different these are even within Europe. There are much more traditional gender roles in Ireland than I would be used to.
Picked a partner with similar values and cultural background.
Just one character trait/positive thing isn't enough to captivate me. There are character traits that are important to me (caring, considerate) but I need these coupled with intelligence, wit and assertiveness.
It's up to both people to ensure that the relationship doesn't get boring.
I'm also realistic enough that daily life can be a killer. If you choose well, it's the daily grind and not the one you're navigating this road with.
