Since it's chilly and damp outside, I put together a nice homemade chili in the crock pot this morning. I used homegrown tomatoes, garlic, and onions.


Should be quite yummy later, after simmering all day … Mmmmm … I can already smell it's delicious aroma wafting through the house

When I'm on my own time, I do. When I'm on others time (school, work, etc.), there are rules, regulations, policies, protocol, and the like, to abide by.


For those that mean anything to me, I may care what they think/say about me. There are times when I might need someone to put me "in check" … And if I care about you and you care about me, I consider that.


There's always a time and a place when marching to the beat of your own drum is appropriate, or not.

Never used WhatsApp. I do sometimes use Hangouts to chat with a Canadian friend of mine that I've known since I was 19 years old. Other than that, it's mostly text or email. The last time I "enjoyed" talking on the phone, I was a teenager.
