Well, Barren ... considering the fact that I had to grow up real quick & didn't have much of a childhood ... it's difficult for me. I think that I had a hard time grasping the whole concept of abandonment ... I can and have - but that means I have to let my guard down, which is a tricky thing to do without having complete & total trust and that feeling of being secure, within relationships. Abandonment = being vulnerable ... not something I take lightly.
