RE: Say Anything

The frame around the glass was the table, itself. The temperature does fluctuate quite a bit here, but I wouldn't say it was that much of an extreme fluctuation last night.

Initially I did think something had dropped on it, as my yard is heavily wooded with a plethora of huge trees. One of the first things I did was look up to see if a branch had fallen on it, but nope.

Plenty of birds flying by all the time dropping stones. It would be nice if a bird flew by and dropped a salmon on my table though. Lol.

RE: Say Anything

He does ... he was home eating pistachios and creating more jibjab videos. Plus, I would've seen him (or anybody else), as I have security measures in place so as to know if/when someone comes onto my property.

RE: Say Anything

Welp, bod, there were many small pieces - mixed with other millions of various sized pieces.

I was standing at my aquarium, feeding my fish, when suddenly I heard a big loud BOOM outside. Naturally, I hot-footed it out there to investigate. Not a soul anywhere around, except for my cat, who came with me to investigate. I looked around and saw loads of glass on the ground, some of which appeared to have flown projectile, in all directions.

laugh I get along with my (far away) neighbors swimmingly. We're close friends. And besides, they're at their cottage up north.

RE: Say Anything

And it took them "years" to figure it out? Lol. I guess poltergeist was better to blame as opposed to the glass factory. Cra cra ...

RE: Say Anything

That's a possibility. I've actually never seen it happen, as it happened, but apparently it happens and has happened ...

RE: Say Anything

It's getting chilly, but it's been much colder than it was earlier tonight ...

RE: Say Anything

The glass top on my outdoor table randomly and suddenly broke into 20 million pieces tonight ... weird. nerd dunno

RE: Here's How Likely It Is You Had Covid Back In December

I don't remember thinking that, no. However, I do remember not feeling very well after traveling back in late 2019 ... Can I say for sure that I had covid - nah. I know my uncle had it and he told me that he was "wishing for death."

RE: Can you name ways to give a woman a sincere compliment?

That's quite an unusual sincere compliment ... but I'd accept it graciously. I adore traveling alone.

You can keep the flowers though, unless they have roots still attached. bouquet

Yep, and I wasn't wearing any shoes either ...

RE: School Buses Don't Need Seatbelts

See what I mean. That's just plain dangerous, to say the least.

I never rode the bus, I walked to school everyday until I got my license. Walking to school really sucked in winter but such is life.

RE: School Buses Don't Need Seatbelts

Yikes ... Obviously school buses need seatbelts. Perfect example as to why right there.

RE: School Buses Don't Need Seatbelts

I wonder what happened there, aside from the fact that they weren't strapped in.

Feeling kinda bad for those kids ... that looked painful.

RE: Can anyone posting in the cs forums still wear clothes they wore in college; high school maybe?

My size hasn't changed much since high school, and I went to college late in life. All of my clothes from my high school days have been donated long ago.

However, I do have approx. 8-10 pairs of jeans and a handful of summer dresses (love summer dressessmitten) that I still wear today from my (mid-late) 20's ...

RE: Red lipstic is patriotic in the USA. WHAT’s your favorite lipstick color (colour)?

I rarely wear make-up, but when I do, it's usually red lipstick and a little bit of clear mascara.

Normally though, I only wear "baby lips" (which has a reddish tint) and that's it.
