relationships can be on the whole good - but it's like looking after your plants, you have to water them, feed them, and look after them 24/7, if you can not do this, then you have to give the plant away, to find someone else to care for them.. not that you give your man away, but they and you need to feel that you are both receiving 50/50 attention - otherwise you or he may find yourself unhappy...
My talk of maintenance is that I actually pay for someone to do those chores for me - and mostly they are men that do the work - having my car serviced, mowing the lawn etc - men...
Yep it hard, particularly when they are 10 mins away... when my eldest girl moved out, she was only around the corner, it felt like she never left home, but now, she lives in Brissie - ahhh no more washing...
Yep, and that's the downside, you want it yesterday, but by the time one becomes available, the kids will be ready to leave the nest...and if she does get one in the area she wants and the size she requires, you can't say no thankyou, can I please have one to reflect my change of circumstances... sure...says the administrator, we'll just put you on to the end of the list... ho hum....and the cirlce begins again... seen that happen before...
well you won't be finding my diamond ring in the dust bin, never had one.. but you can have my wedding ring..that has been cut in half... Actually any males getting married, I have a size Z+4 lying around doing nothing, only worn the once by the ex... on our wedding day...
geez permission to speak out and for once I'm speechless....
simple - lifestyle changes - he fell in love with the asian culture and lifestyle...and by that I mean he could lead a single man's life - party with the boys, come home early in the mornings drunk as, play golf on Sundays without having to worry about the arguments with the wife, and the day to day responsibility of the kids...
True, when you look at that from that point of view..but are you aware - not you per say, but generally, that when immigrants (british 10 pound poms) as I can only speak about them... we lived in the immigration centre at Wacol within a period of time, we were moved to hc homes after a period of time, my parents were lucky, and through one of mum's work collegeaus got a private rental, later they bought their own home... but that was back in the late 60's early 70's...and yes you can say the housing commission suburbs they all looked the same, and some you could be mistaken for the local tip - car wrecks, busted fridges you name it, it was on the front lawn... funnny some rentals look like that now... But now their is no immigration centres of the elk now, but I do agree housing commsission homes should be those those that are in... and the living arrangements should be assessed... you downsize a house when it becomes to big when your brood moves out, you vacant a rental house when it no longer suits your needs...public housing should be treated the same... after all... it is public housing...
Thankyou.. at present I am listening to Divine- You think you're a man... drove my roomies nuts ... don't know why.. oh yeah, that's right .. they were all males....
I tripped over this site ... supposed to be clicking on something else and up popped cs..
As for dating sites, I'm not sure about this site... it seems to be more of get together over drinks or coffee site... but I am seeing someone who met his ex wife on here, and there are others that have met someone, and eventually hooked up or got married...
I guess it all boils down to is how serious you are... how far you are prepared to travel... I have been told about other sites, and one site you spend an hour filling in a profile sheet, and then there's another that seems to be more focused on dating than the chit chat we have here...
Felix - I have found 2 settings which I adjusted and it has stopped the emails coming through - the first one is when you signed up, the second one is edit profile, and it has distance, age etc... I adjusted both of these, and I have no probs since...
I don't know about know now, but back in the 90's, Qld was means tested based on your wages, when enquiring for public housing, based on our wages back then we would of been paying more for public housing than private rental, plus, the choice of areas did not suit us ...
They also integrated public housing into new housing estates, to do away with the stigma of housing commission homes, the only downside of this, is that pps across the road (had to wait 8 year for a four bedroom house) eventually got one, and it was so small compared to their private rental home...at least her home came with some furnishings - carpet etc., another friend got a 2 bedroom unit, and no furnishings - hc, told her if she wanted carpet, lino etc, it was upto her to get it done, however, if she vacanted, then she had to rip it up...
yep, and crank up the surround sound, and off I go -
I play anything from Genesis, Phil Collins, Chicago, Reo Speedwagon, Cat Stevens, Enya, the 80's, 90's and current ... just load up my memory stick and plug it in to the dvd player... and away I go....
In Qld you require a medical certificate to be carried with you at all times... Good luck and best wishes for your up coming op.. hope everything goes well...
Most of ... no actually all of the men I have dated and married over the years, including my current boyfriend have all been hairy chested, shouldered, as well as hairy on the back.. Also they have been tall, and when looking from the back view, they have this kind of athletic "v" shape about them...
