It's not just the townships anymore. Since the ANC came to power many areas that were middle-class white areas have turned into black ghettos. Crime is through the roof and it's not safe there, especially if you are white.

I don't know. If the low fat thing really worked wouldn't everyone who goes to weightwatchers be wafer thin? I've been over 10 years getting the fat out of my diet and I was not as cut as I thought I should be. Back before that I ate all the fats and was skin stretched across muscle and bone. In the past three months I've stopped with the low fat crap and I've actually started to cut up without trying. That's just my experience, I have no proof.
