Here's a video worth watching Pedro. I changed the way I was training when I watched this and I made 15% increase in strength in a couple of months. I've been doing weight training for 16 years and I usually get 2-3% increase in a year. You should start using weights a couple of times a week. Nothing burns fat and calories like muscle, even when you are at rest. (and I'm an auld fella!)
Yeah, the fruit and veg is good. Don't be too hung up on the low fat stuff. A lot of recent research shows we burn fat and store carbohydrates (sugars). Keep the carbs low - rice, pasta, bread, spuds, etc. Snack on raw peanuts and take avocados and fish, like tinned salmon.
Yep. Violence is cheap for the state, that's the problem. If we had a private security force for whom violence was expensive you know they would find better ways to sort out problems without always having to escalate to the worst option.
