Line your skillet with a tea towel..then a dusting of flour...cook the pizza as you normally would..I do it for breads all the time.
Its not unlike a BBQ when using Charcoal..you need to wait for the embers in your stove to be glowing insted of flaming in order for you bread to rise and not burn....
