It’s not really that simple , if you cut too much too quickly you can slow your metabolism and it can take 6 months to get back on track , plus if you cut too much fat out of your diet your body will burn muscle instead resulting in your metabolic rate dropping
If you don’t have it apply for a medical card , it’s not just for unemployed people it’s fore everyone that cant afford a doc , seriously though shaking can be the sign of many degenerative diseases it’s best to get these things checked out sooner rather than later ,

This year I will be doing the norm , up to sister's then grandparents in the morning and bring the grandparents down for the dinner then they will stay for the tea one of my aunts and her fella will more than likely be down as well and most of the day will probably be spent wishing my aunt that passed this year was still around

no not the same, religion is history as in it has historically been a religion however the events told in say the bible (it is the religion we are talking about) are not historical events they are fictitious
