Most Anti depressant are only meant fro short term use unfortunately due to time pressure sometimes doctors rarely have time with patients and to discuss the best course of treatment which may mean meds or counseling or both. Some time when some people hit that deep dark place with depression , A supportive environment is the only answer to keep them safe and healthly . However i'm glad to say this very rare with most cases .
With most cases after some sort of intervention from doctors or counselors people slowly get better.

Well last night i went to work, Only to find out i wasn't meant to be there. I had slept part of the day before so didn't need to go to sleep early . So now i have to do it all again.
