Yes i agree it happened in the home where i work A female client refused to wash and change her clothes. It became so bad the other clients complained. So because of duty of care to them and their rights, she had to be removed to a mental health hospital.
It was all very sad as apart from that she was a lovely lady. Same happens to clients who refuse their meds as they break the contract have have to go back to a sercure unit.

I once tried a puppy off a homeless guy because thought it was to young to sllep out at night in the cold. Never mind about the poor guy just the puppy luckily he refused because i lived in a flat/appartment at the time and no time to look after it.
