I understand! I see it a lot. But, my question is Do we, as a parents are responsible for this failure( I hope it is not a very strong word.)to raise our children to be more mature and responsible?

Being a Russian speaking myself, I have had the same thoughts about use of words as "Love" and "Hate" in English language. I do use them but only in a Nature (-al)contest. I find it is difficult to use words : Love and Hate in Human world. There are so many synonyms for those two words and very rarely I hear them being used. Maybe people do not read books as much as they use to. So vocabulary is becoming very narrow and simple. JMO and observation.

I am confused on this subject

Absolutely! He committed a mass murder in Afghanistan ... so the Trial must be held in Afghanistan. For families of killed to be able to attend trial and to make sure that the real justice is done. Not a farce one.

The reality is, times has changed. Hockey became a money maker business.

The saddest part of which is: only rich parents can afford to send their child to play hockey. In Canada it cost a family 10 000$ a year.

The most saddest part of it IS: What about those talented, gifted boys from poor families?

The only Games that still attract my attention is a World Junior games

I agree with your thoughts, Conrad. But the case with Afghanistan is a bit different.

I do remember clear, times when Soviet soldiers came back home. 90% of them, or:
ended up in a Psychiatric wards,

or were not able to find any jobs due to unstable mood changes (rage)

or ended their lives by suicide.

and 99% of them are drug addicted

We called it Afghan syndrome in USSR. I had a friend who told me that he cannot sleep at all because of constant nightmares about what was happened to him in Afghanistan. He killed himself in the end
