I don't have any kind of medicines at home, I'm totally against chemicals... I rarely suffer any kind of pain but undergoing a minor surgery this summer made me try an alternative way of easing the pain. Lion's mane or also knows as Hericium mushroom... Tiny tablets that are for chewing. I'd recommend the DXN ones as the quality is superb. It works wonders.
Sometimes the best you can do [and only option] is to walk away before it gets painful for your kids... Children are not to be underestimated in a matter of sensing and understanding what exactly is going on between their parents... Loveless "union" is the worse environment for a kid...
