I didnt notice any age difference, it was only when they owned up to being older did I know. In one case it was actually a relief as the woman turned out to be three months younger than me rather than several years.
Loads of "ex's" get back together, mainly it is because they feel comfortable with that person.
Plus it's easy when you need someone in your life..... NOW! ....you dont have to go through all that time and hassle of trying to find someone, get to know them and all that stuff.
Down side?.... if it went wrong first time its going to go wrong again... Bet on it!
If I jumped back to my favourite age I would like my current memory intact as I know the moment I changed anything my life would take a different path subsequently all that I have experienced on this path would be just a memory..... And some of these memories have been FANTASTIC!

Edinburgh is the loveliest of cities to visit, lots of history, good shops, restaurants and places to go. The Hogmany (new years eve) street party is not to be missed BUT it is DAMN COLD make sure you have gloves, ear warmers, a very thick jacket with hood, scarf and something warm for your legs and feet. Chances are it will rain at some point so bear that in mind.
If you are approached by your manager re the subject ... just say... it was a personal matter that your co-worker had no right in bringing into the work place.
Do not discuss this matter with anybody at work.... as I say it is a personal matter.
As for the friendship between you and your co-worker I would suggest that you distance yourself from her.

The reasons for this are two fold, depending on how the man judges the seriousness of a woman’s reaction he will either opt for self preservation against a woman’s scorn or will be protective for the sake of a woman’s emotional equilibrium.
