RE: Is there anyone in B.C ?

It's cold where I'm at, Edmonton, and I don't like it. mumbling

I have all too many indoor and outdoor projects, and likely always will, but that's what I do, regardless of the weather...although, I should stick to indoor stuff for half the year. laugh

I don't watch much TVm and not sure of the show you mean. dunno

I'll keep the treadmill warmed up for you. laugh

RE: What's on your mind, Part 23 .. (4th Attempt)

At least have the backbone to quote me, or address me directly, rather than making snide comments regarding my "expertise".

I know what I like for coffee, and I've only found a handful of places across the entire US that have a decent cup.

If you want to be petty, as you have been, please continue to do so, I want no part of it.

Have a lovely evening. tip hat

RE: Random Thoughts Version 973

Version 973? Have I really been gone that long? uh oh

RE: How do you mend a broken heart???

Gotta agree, best answer I've read on the topic in a while.

Time doesn't heal a thing, all it does is pass by while you're whining, and getting more bitter about your ex while you dwell on the situation. laugh

RE: Which of these should I watch first?

You should watch the back of your eyelids first, it's 6 in the morning there. laugh

Hmmm, Mulholland Drive was terrible, in my opinion, The Wolf of Wall Street and War Horse were both good, and I think the language in the prior was appropriate for the movie, seeing as that's the language they would have actually used. Both parts of Kill Bill were good, but I'm a Tarantino fan, except for Death Proof, although I watched it anyway, seeing as there were cars in it. laugh

One movie I watched recently sticks out in my mind, Once, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

Some of my other fave's are Apocalypse Now, Shakespeare in Love (for the humourvery happy ), Heat, African Queen, American Graffiti, Amelie'.....the list goes on. I dislike TV in general, to the point of never having had cable or satellite, but I do enjoy movies.

Update: Petey is getting the hang of the treadmill, seeing as monsoon season is upon us. Not quite perfect, but he seems to enjoy it, so long as someone is feeding him treats while he runs. laugh

RE: clergy response teams

I've only visited a number of the states in the "bible belt", and that's enough for me.uh oh

Although, most of the people I met in the southern US were very nice, hospitable, and genuinely lovely individuals, the mentality down there is a little scary.

RE: what's onyour mind part 22.........

Maybe the "mod's" would like to see this thread go to 51 pages before someone starts another one of the same ilk. hmmm

Never know, it could be a factor in some threads disappearing, despite the gossip and innuendo surrounding the recent disappearances. laugh

Winter's coming soon, we'll try again. It's still nice enough to walk them both outdoors, even in the rain. Best thing is taking them for a bike ride, should do it more often.

RE: Open Relationships

I'd love it if you could show me how.....seeing as how your "study" was done on a small controlled number, by a religious group. It'd be impossible to come to any conclusion other than what one wanted to see for an outcome. roll eyes

People shouldn't have to justify their lives to anyone, period, and there were no falsehoods on my behalf. Your cognitive reasoning, as well as your study, were seriously flawed. Anyone that read that thread(s), or this one, will realize it. You've attacked people that can (and do) live their lives freely in that manner before, which has absolutely no justification, seeing as it's not your life.

You can have your opinion, but to refer to people as "tards", only shows how "tarded" you really are in your own personality. It's a lowly and underhanded way of trying to gain popularity for your beliefs, and in the end, life isn't a popularity contest.
