It is a known fact that the Arab world wants nothing more than to drive Israel into the Sea. Go and read some of their websites.
The Palestinians own leadership, have siphoned off moneys meant to help the people to the tune of billions of dollars of foreign aid. And the bulk of it coming from the United States.
There will be no peace in that part of the world, The Arabs don`t want peace, (piece) they want it all.

I'm old fashioned. If I ask the woman out then it is my treat. If for some reason she insists on it being dutch, well, okay. After we have gone out a few times I wouldn't be embarrassed if she wanted to treat but it isn't required. She can always fix a good home cooked meal every once in awhile. That would be a real treat - provided she can cook, of course.
It is my understanding that the human body evolved or adapted to its environment. As people migrated to different areas of the planet their bodies adapted to the local climate. I think you will find that true in the animal kingdom too.
Also, I have watched many PBS programs where various scholars/experts in many fields take the stories in the bible and point out how this and that didn't happen because the people didn't live that way at that time. Basically, the bible is a history book with a lot of flaws 'cause it was written by man to control man.
Whenever I see recent post(s) to this thread I check it out. Most everyone is civil here. Gotta agree that many of the other threads are full of people without a clue. Then there are those that like to post questions intended to rile people up. Get a life.
