It's based on hypocrisy and self absorption; " let he who is guilt free cast the first stone upon another". We shall be judged by our own standards...... in all fairness.....just.
Unfortunately relationships are complex and sometimes men have a tendency to become complacent, or to not really pay attention. How hard have you really fought for your relationship or happiness? How much have you given of you, all of you? What did she contribute to the relationship? Expectations are sometimes different, and it's easy to feel let down and disappointment as a result. I have always wondered about that myself. How much can you love someone if you are so "off" about her and who she is?
Their smiles and laughter, how much they remind me of myself, my youngest one's sense of competitiveness and my older son's noble and kind spirit, their mispronouncing words when they were learning to speak, and so much more sappy personal stuff, ya know...?
Pardon me, but your posts and responses are starting to look a bit personal at this point, and I don't believe we have ever made any sort of contact, let alone anything else.
