Well, from this woman's viewpoint I can tell you that I'm not big on being right........as it often is a matter of perspective, opinion, info.; at the end of the day I'd rather be loved than understood if that makes any sense...
This question is truly heart breaking. Is it ok to buy a child or to sell one of your own? To me there is nothing worse than spiritual poverty, the lack of love we see amongst us, the hypocrisy and stubbornness to justify the unjustifiable. It's ok to adopt an orphan....it isn't ok to separate a child from his parents, because we have money; and if the intentions to help are honorable and disinterested, then I don't see why it would not be possible to help out that child or that family if one has the means and desire to do so.
My favorite method is avoiding it altogether....but should I find myself stressed out.....I find that it is quite healthy to give back to Caesar what is his....
If God is a concept on which we measure pain than life is a cruel, miserable joke....for some. Or could perception be everything? God to me is our ultimate test of faith and capacity to love and to be......and some have loved and been....they made history for eternity.
To me it sounds like the man had ulterior motives, and when the plan failed he got upset and insulted you. I find him to be ill mannered and unpleasantly forceful and persistent in his approach......
