I really don't think at 43yrs of age that this is a problem. I am who I have become. Be it through experience or choice. I have a heart and a soul as well as intellect. Some of those close to me have described me a "clairvoiant" for some reason or another. Maybe it is just because I have been there and done that and am not afraid to share it with those that are headed that way or those that are close to me.
I have been guilty in the past of telling lies and half-truths. This is not how I choose to live my life today. In essence, I'm only as honest as I have to be and sometimes that is a hell of a lot more than I want to be!
What do you consider the criteria for a true friend to be? Someone that knows who you really are and vica-versa. Someone that will support you through thick and thin. Someone that will call you on your BS. Someone that you have chemistry with. (male or female) Someone that you can talk about anything with. Someone you love unconditionally and returns the same. Someone that you trust NQA (no questions asked)
How do you define true friendship? Are you a true friend to some or many? Do you know how to be a friend? I can count on one hand those that I would consider a true friend. Just looking for feedback and opinions. Do tell.... Keith
You know how stupid some of us guys can be (self included!) Did we really understand the question? Could you repeat that please? Or maybe you're just talkin to the wrong guys...
Great question... It would be a really hard call at this point to just up and leave it all behind for love. I mean, my work is a true passion of mine and I have 2yrs left on my contract there. If true love was the case, and I mean that I found the person that I wanted to share the rest of my life with, It may just be a no-brainer. I moved here from OH in '99 for love. I sold everything including my house to come here. Guess what? It didn't work out! So, I would have to think long and hard about it to do it again! However, I would not rule it out completely... Keith
Thank you all for the wonderful posts! We are all truly wonderful and special in whatever way is unique to each of us. I was moved by some of your posts as well!
Never loose sight of what moves you Never loose sight of what drives you Never loose sight of who you are Never loose sight of your dreams Never loose sight of the love in your heart Never loose sight of your convictions Never loose sight of your faith Never loose sight of your reality
Christian, Contrary to poular belirf, you ere NOT unloved just because you are sigle or whatever. Correct girlie answer? I don't think so..... Where are all the real people besides us?.... Thanks for your 2cets worth!
I am always willing to share our jams with anyone that is interested in hearing them...feel freeto e mail me if you would like to take a trip out of where you presently are....Keith
Really, what moves you? Is it love? Is it music? What is it? Please share... The reason that I ask this is because I have been recently taken aback with some of the music we have been making as a band (Karmistry) and I'm not sure where all the emotions in my playing are coming from. How do we equate how we feel into our everyday lives? And how does it carry over into our psyche? Too heavy? Just curious...Keith to all...
I have a killer job in the racing industry. The respect of my peers. True friends. A family that I miss. A cool band. A new pair of shoes. This stupid computer....
