I know there’s a lot of fake profiles on here and am used to those. But recently I got views and likes by profiles that are not active at all. I mean, i click the profile and the computer doesn’t even react. I try to search them by profile name and they don’t exist. When profiles are hidden or removed you normally get a message telling you at least that when clicking on them. Bit strange.
a democratie is very vulnérable because of its open character and freedom. so its very easy to compromise and undermine.
its not too difficult blowing up a bomb somewhere and kill lots of people. its never the smart ones that blow themselves up, they rather stay out of harms way well beyond enemy lines. the damage they create is mainly to spread fear. we've allowed for all this to happen by ignoring the fact they abused our hard earned liberty and by not wanting to create "waves" in so called sensitive groups.
we lost contact with (the sometimes needed) violence. we have become soft and scared, me included. i disgust myself often and wish i was braver, but i'm not. it might be we've become tooooo civilized, although maybe thats a good thing.
but talking alone can not solve all the problems in the world, sometimes a strong hand is needed as well
its usually cause they come from countries that are not accepted by CS.
often Russia but plenty of others too.
you can smell them a mile away, the letters they write are always the same and you recognise the pictures easily.
to be honest it might not even be a scam. it might be real women with real profiles wanting to escape their (not accepted) country. i never followed up on any of the women writing cause i thought it was too much of a hassle.
after spending a day to write up a profile, the first question of a would be candidate is: 'So, tell me something about yourself'
Well, didn't I just do that in my profile?
And after seeing that yours only consists of only one line, isn't it your turn first?
And yes, I know if you dont like chatting on the internet with perfect strangers, what am I doing here, i know i know, but still,.......
my usual response is that I would be delighted to do so around a glass of wine and good cigar, but somehow that never works and the would be candidate quickly becomes an ex would be candidate.
its been 4 years already since i joined this free club. with high expectations, cause I've never been on a dating site before, and lots of excitement.
well, things have changed a bit since that day, hahaha.
still looking for miss Right, but not much left of the original high hopes I had. That has nothing to do by the way with the quality of this site. I still think its an amazing site with loads of good features and still very happy about the fact that its absolutely free. well done.
and i blamed it on the distances between potential candidates, which obviously IS a very important issue here, but recently i start thinking that the older i get, the less flexible and willing to do a lot of compromising i get as well.
well it is difficult. criminals just throw away their papers and lie about their origins. the original countries are happy enough to get rid of them. some just dont supply papers to their inhabitants.
it somehow doesn't feel right to hand out benefits to war criminals, killers, rapists abusers of human rights etc etc.
ofcourse everyone is a poor victim when asked, but the truth is often a bit different. very hard to spot which is which.

Last few weeks I only get likes and views from non existing or deleted profiles as well.It’s never been this bad.
There must be a problem somewhere.
