We have a bank here in Eagle, but what I have seen is that it is hardly ever used. I was going bank their once but when they offered me extremely low interest rate, I went elsewhere.
I think we should give all candidates an intelligence test or civil service exam even before they start debating each other. Maybe we could have avoided Bushism politics.
Twenty years is a long time. The mortage problem only surfaced badly in the last few years when congress started allowing risky loans. Followed by people losing their jobs and unable to pay the loans. Losing jobs because it is cheaper to send the jobs overseas then keep expensive americans employed. Corporations do this and who love the corporations---- Republicans
Repubs aren't rich. They keep going bankrupt. Look at what Bush did to the coffers of America, not to mention FreddieMac and FaniMae. Actually they take the money and run pretending to be poor while the poor cleans up there mess. There no job like after you mess everything up you get a pension for life.
Why doesn't McCain just come out and be honest and say the rich gets richer and the poor poorer when he becomes pres. Tax cut for the rich and more taxes for the poor.
Well the Repubs trickle down theory of job creation turned out to be just that: a trickle. The mortage problem is the direct result of nobody able to hold a job long enough to pay off a loan. I recommend people in this day of age to save first until a house can be purchased in whole and forget about loans.
