Avoid soft drinks, coffee ok but tends to lower blood sugar too much, ice tea works best for me. I drink lots with no sugar and plenty of ice. Food, eat small amounts frequently or only eat twice a day. Big meal in morning and small at night. Thirdly, exercise, must break a sweat. My work allows me to do that. Fourthly if your fortunate to get diuretic pills from the doctor for health reasons this can go a long ways to helping to lose weight. Fifthly, weigh yourself weekly and if losing 1-2 lbs a week your doing very good. Sixthly, dont take losing weight to seriously, many people are born to be big.
I like the sunrise better because the mosquitoes are not as bad in the morning as they are at night as the sun sets. But many times it depends on the presence of clouds which make for lovely landscapes.
Had the free falling dream in the past. Thought I was falling through the air, then I slapped the bed and woke up. Was relieved to know I was just dreaming.
Either they have great faith and conviction and they want to share there feelings or they are not secure in there beliefs and wonder if the bad boy lifestyle is more desirable. I guess, I know I have played the religeous game for a fair amount of my life and I have had a hard time believing things that are flat out not true. So I just take the best of it and use it and leave the rest behind.
Strange dream this morning. I was at a university and I was causing trouble, then I was in line to purchase items and the cashier/shool administration took forever. Then I woke up.
Been having dreams lately, I wonder if the hot weather does that?
