RE: The one & only...

Welcome to the forums.
cswelcome cheering I believe anything is possible so I will say yes.(women only).laugh

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

What I was trying to say is this thing is very Political and there are people who have been working out a plan.
I have been keenly watching this thing unfold for quite a few years.
I can see this thing stalling for 1 to 5 more years in my opinion.
There is a lot more to this thing but for now I will let patience/brainwashing do what they are going to do and see what happens in the end.
Like I said this very Political.hole conversing

The Chromite is what the Hype is about. The rock is holding around 40% Chromite so its not like Gold or other minerals which are measured in grams per ton and require chemicals to speed up extraction. Although I can't say what is used in the Patent Pending Process cause it remains as a protected Patent in many countries. I do know more but it is a guarded secret so I best shut up lollaugh

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

Wow I just read that the Chromite in the Ring is now pegged at 600 Billion and that is not counting any other mineral that is there including Nickel,Copper,Diamonds ect. ect.
The mining life of the area will surpass 100 years and the plan to avoid environment hazards is to not process any of the ore in the area and to haul the rock straight from the ground and transport via the railway they are seeking to a processing plant they plan on getting built in Aroland Ontario. Kwg's plan is to have an underground mine process the Chromite using their patent pending process. Makes sense to me.

RE: What have you bought today ?

I bought a living room set and a Pigeon to show my employer how much we tolerate each other. I should make them buy me a puke pail but I should just keep one handy if it gets down to it.
P.S. Stay away from propaganda at work or anywhere cause its not always good.conversing

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

Yes and an open pit mine is more intrusive than an underground mine but is more cost effective. A railroad is more cost effective and the ability to produce ferrochome so much cheaper using Natural Gas and much more enviromently friendly but also up's the quality of the ferrochrome is also factor along with other infrastructure plans??? in my opinion.conversing

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

Yes the history is divided between before and after the colonization of European's. Look up Residential Schools in Canada. I must warn you its not pretty.conversing

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

Yes the Federal Gov has accepted that it is their land.
That area is also recognized as Federal Jurisdiction.gotta go

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

Neither companies I mentioned have the necessary "permits" yet. In the end it depends on the Natives approval.Negotiations continue.

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

In all fairness I should mention the Provinces Love Child Noront cause they might be able to aquire the rest of the land holdings. Its very confusing unless you really follow it then its only confusinglaugh laugh laugh

RE: New Zealand school abolishes gendered uniforms

I missed youcheering All is well and hoping you are doing well too.hug hug

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

CN(formerly Canadian National Railroad) can build a railroad but (FSDI) First Survey and Design Institute have done a Feasibility Study and have a 3 year Standstill Agreement with KWG Resources that started in November of 2015. Look them upwink

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

Excelent questionsthumbs up Who will build and who will own the Ring of fire remains to be seen.
The cost of building a railroad would depend on the type of rail cause it would make sense in the long term to go High Speed Rail in which China are experts in building.Nonetheless China's infrastructure is basically done and they are expanding to other parts of the world with their expertise in building infrastructure. I could say more but...
I gotta go.gotta go

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

Good questionthumbs up For some that is the area that they lived.
At one time All of Canada was remote but then came the white man and things got ugly.sad flower

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

Yes the ability to be a global player in the stainless steel industry will be very good for all industries. This is especially for North America where this industry has been basically non-existent.
cheers

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

The Polar Bears have been even a bit further south than that this year. Global warming has made the North-West Passage more than just possible.conversing Diamonds are already a producing asset.wink Hint.cheers

The people there are of Cree descent but the area has roughly 9 seperate comunities. One of wich went to china.

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

laugh thumbs up cheers 300 billion dollars and counting!

The Ring of Fire (northern Ontario)

For probably most of you who don't know The Ring of Fire is the name given for the largest discovery of minerals
in Canada ever. If you bother looking it up you will find there is an enormous high grade chromite deposit and a large nickel deposit and many other minerals but there is no infrastructure(permanent roads or railroad) yet but the provincial Gov has a billion dollars and want to make an anouncement in a few weeks and China is interested in building the raiload and possibly more since there is access to the ocean.
I have been following it closely for over 3 years.
Also in the area there has been a Diamond mine running since the early 90's(De-Beers) that has about 2 years left to mine the Kimberlyte pipe(area that has the Diamonds) and it seems they are no longer welcomed.
Its in Native land(Aboriginal peoples land).
There are about 15 more K-Pipes in the area.
Some owned by a junior mining company that is for sale.
That company is owned by another junior mining company that has not only millins of tons of high grade chromite but also a process to refine it to Ferrochrome at half the cost and ups the quality signifanctly it also has staked the right of way for the Railway. In fact they just got back from China.
I can go on and on but nobody cares.
