I went as far as changing a Gyrouter and a water pump but that is quite easy really.
My washer and dryer are well over 10 years old and time for retirement.

Met with 3 company reps. one WSIB rep and a union rep regarding my possible return to work. The WSIB rep was very good and I trusted him the most. The rest stayed mostly quiet.
Then the union rep wanted to chat alone with me and all were o.k.
Interesting since the union has not attempted to contact me so far in the last month. Interesting again was how they wish for me to contact them through my gmail address for further contact. Like I am asking for their help.

Respect is not an observance I have detected so far but arrogance I have. Its not good for us overly friendly non confrontive Canadians in my opinion. I haven't seen a pamphlet saying its not o.k. to grab a woman's breast yet.
