I didn't vote for trump but I managed to benefit from his bombastic threats to raise tariffs on Chinese steel being dumped on the US market. I've been holding stock in US Steel since 2011 at one point losing over $15,000.00. After trump won the Electoral College vote, many investors started buying US Steel and other American steel producers stock driving my holding up into the green at which point I bailed out with a modest profit.
If he goes through with raising tariffs on imports and I have no doubt he will, you can rest assured that foreign countries will retaliate in kind and raise their own tariffs thus starting a trade war where no one will be a winner. Our exports such as corn, will go down along with manufactured goods and farmers will feel the effect of crashing agricultural product prices. The price of corn fund stock is already in the toilet while Iowa corn is rotting in the field.
quote=One2note]My ex , who had to go back to Russia because of family ties.. She had such an amazing bum , it was a shame she had to sit down on it! I'll bet she blotted out the light with her butt many times if you get my drift.[
I can't tell if this is a joke or a serious question.
Have you ever killed, plucked, gutted, butchered, a chicken? It's not something for the novice. Hardly worth the work involved. I'd rather just drive to MacDonald's for some chicken nuggets ready to eat. Chicken processing is best left to a big processing plant where they can do 1000 chickens an hour. As to a neighbors chicken coming onto your property, don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Chickens will clean out all the Ticks and Chiggers from your property as well as distribute the best fertilizer you can get and if that's not enough they will also help with mowing your lawn. Yes, chickens eat grass though not a lot.
Prize Rooster??? Every rooster I've ever owned tried to attack me every time I turned my back on him. My last foray into keeping chickens for an egg selling business included no roosters. I will never own another rooster.
Legally, if livestock wanders onto your property you can do whatever you want with it. Of course good relations with a neighbor is probably more valuable than a rooster or even a pig.
I was 13. My friend set up a double date with a friend of his gf. We went to a movie and waited for the girls to arrive. The girls arrived and sat down and my date was so paranoid about being on a date with a boy she stood up and ran out of the theater. I never saw her again. The 3 of us stayed and watched the movie.
Why do the British say conTROversy putting the accent on the second syllable while at the same time they say CONtributing putting the accent on the first syllable? In both cases these words are pronounced wrong. No wonder when Brits speak they are so hard to understand.
There is only 1 word to describe a person who makes overt appeals to an unfriendly foreign power, to spy on a presidential candidate. That word is TRAITOR. Mr. Trump, HAVE YOU NO SHAME? Is there no depth to which you wont sink to advance your brand?
Hillary Clinton is not a friend of Vladimir Putin, YOU ARE!
Hillary Clinton is not a friend of Kim Yung Un, YOU ARE!
Mr. Trump, YOU'RE FIRED! GTFO! Maybe you can join Edward Snowden in Moscow.
Oh, BTW "I was just being sarcastic" doesn't cut it. It only proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have ZERO control of your mouth.
The White House is no place for a person who totally lacks self control.
If everybody dated outside their race, eventually there wont be any Blacks, Asians, or Whites left. So much for "Diversity". I hope that day never comes because this world will become a crashing bore. Of course by then I wont be here thankfully.
You should try my Sauerbraten. My basic recipe comes from the "Settlement Cookbook" published in 1920. It is written for a wood cookstove and calls for marinating the meat for 8 days.
What kind of wood is that? How did you attach the stone? It looks like you cut across the grain therefore I would expect the ring to split very easily.

It looked more spectacular than it was. But the column of smoke looked like a mushroom cloud when it hit the ceiling just when the teacher came back through the door and saw me standing there with the match in my hand.
I didn't have many "toys" that I can remember except a Marx Brothers train set, cost about 10 bucks. All it had was enough track to make an oval and the trains would go round & round. One night I had them set up in the living room and my mother came home drunk and stepped on the coal car and crushed it. A few years later when I was away at camp, she gave it to my sister for her kids. I guess she thought that because she gave it to me for Christmas it was ok for her to give it away. She had a habit of sending me and my brother to camp every year and while we were away, she disposed of all our stuff. I had a stack of baseball cards which included the whole NY Yankees baseball team from 1955 including most of the rookies she tossed. My earliest memory of a toy (around age 8) wasn't actually a toy but a little 2 sheave pulley and a single sheave pulley that I would tie a string on a door knob and use the pulleys to lift heavy object like padlocks and things. I found this fascinating how the pulleys enabled me to lift a heavy object with very little effort. Too bad the adults in my world couldn't recognize my advanced mechanical aptitude. In JHS I tried to make Nitroglycerin which blew up in my face giving me a bad case of "Pinkeye" for about a week. I got kicked out of the science club for practically blowing up the science lab.
One day I was bored so I decided to put a few thoughts on "paper" actually a text file, and added to it when the urge came up again and before long I found myself immersed in writing a book (Science Fiction). You can't believe how enjoyable the process is until you've done it. I always thought it would be drudgery like being back in school but it was just the opposite. I have no idea how good it is but my son read it and after editing many of my structural errors said he thoroughly enjoyed it. He paid me quite a compliment by saying there were parts of the book where he forgot he was reading something his dad wrote and felt like he was reading Carl Sagan.
His campaign is broke and he's being out raised by Hillary Clinton. He said he doesn't need any money, that he can self fund his campaign but, by making overtures to wealthy donors, he is proving beyond doubt that his campaign is in trouble financially.
He has an unbelievably high Unfavorable rating at somewhere around 70%. His own party doesn't want him, in fact, I believe the GOP fears that Donald Trump may well be the straw that breaks the back.
It's not hard to understand the appeal of a Trump. The Republican congress is so ineffective and obstructionist where nothing gets done and people feel that the whole ball of wax should be kicked out of office because the system is totally broken and anybody, including a bombastic talk show host, can do a better job.
Trump supporters have been duped into the belief that he's an outsider and beholding to nobody in the political arena but nothing can be further from the truth. You can't be a big real estate developer from New York City and not be welded at the hip to the whole political sphere. I'm sure he has made deals with virtually every political figure from meter maids to judges to senators and congressmen. Do you honestly believe someone could build a casino in Atlantic City without greasing every two bit politician who has anything to say about the project? He is afterall dubbed "America’s foremost deal-maker." How old are you? The hoard of people lining up to "wish him Merry Christmas" with their hands out will go 2 blocks down Pennsylvania Ave if he becomes President.
