Mexican authorities seize 105 tons of marijuana
TIJUANA, Mexico – Mexican security forces seized 105 tons of U.S.-bound marijuana in the border city of Tijuana on Monday, by far the biggest drug bust in the country in recent years.
Soldiers and police grabbed the drugs in pre-dawn raids in three neighborhoods after police arrested 11 people following a shootout, army Gen. Alfonso Duarte Mujica said at a news conference.
The marijuana was found wrapped in 10,000 packages, which were displayed to journalists by soldiers in masks. Duarte said the drug had an estimated street value in Mexico of 4.2 billion pesos, about $340 million.

Makes me wonder how she was able to leave the house, un-noticed... with left leg amputated, and she left her hearing aid behind as well (according to news report).
It would appear that some amount of disturbance would have to have been made to remove this child from her home/room.
The police strongly suspect the step-mom has a part in this, but I can't help but wonder about the dad as well.

I know what you mean. I feel that they should either legalize it or shut it down.At least take the power out of the hands of the cartel!
