Most of the so-called white knighters are not that.
They just happen to like women as people and are not bitter misogynists, but just don't agree with the recent wave of woman-battering posters and want to make their opinions heard.
The only 'diet' that works is one you continue for the rest of your life.
Any diet that is too difficult and/or unhealthy to continue longterm,aka lifestyle change, will allow you to lose weight short-term but most people put it up again, plus more.
A healthy varied diet, allowing yourself some treats, is the only sustainable diet.
I never take my phone with me when I go walking. I prefer to look around at nature and chat to people. Other people seem to use their walking time to catch up with people on the phone. But I guess at least they are still out walking.
On the beach, you will find me with a book in my hand though. Nothing gives me more pleasure than enjoying a good book lying on the beach,
