Anyone know how a fine can be served. i called the police on this matter, and was told a fine can be left anywhere on your property.
Sounds pretty darn fishy, when i proceeded to say, a fine cannot be served unless handed to the person, mailbox or registered mail, the police officer hung up on me.

I have been doing looking up Adult stem cell research, this is not embro stem cells, but adult stem cell treatment where your blood is used, filtered then injected back into your body.
On you tube video, there were three people that said they had adult stem cell treatment. One had Lupus with positive results. Check out the video, it is not available in the states, or here in canada, but overseas, costa rica etc.

Family is a good support for the rough and trying times. Find what kind of sport or hobby or activity you might be interested in. Sign up for it. Get out once or twice a week. Get online and chat with someone through the difficult times. you don't have to be interested in anyone, except to say Hey how would you like to chat. But don't sit in that couch after march 1, get out. Volunteer somewherewith an organization. That will lift your spirits to know you are helping out. Anyone has this crippling chronic illness. Would like to hear people viewpoints. Why does society now refuse to recognize this disability. I know in Canada it is difficult to prove, and now doctors are questioned about diagnosing people. I know that you should get a second opinion on medical care, but isn't that questioning a doctor who has trained for years and has the expertise in the field.
Any comments on ourt health care. Private insurances are not regulated. So claims are denied by the companies. If your employer got you the contract, should they not be responsible when a claim is denied.

The man says he will ignore the bylaw...see stories on line from The Times Colonist newspaper...this man is really sick.
If his intentions are to do this, hopefully the law steps in. Knowing if he purchases the animals for this purpose, I believe the law will be able to step in. Will check out the story.
and yes sick individuals are out there. Always wonder what kind of job they do, and what employer would think of this.

NO I AM NOT, BUT THINK ABOUT THIS, if you have a prescription next time, for whatever ailment, you are the person for research purposes.
Example: Champax, the wonder drug for stopping smoking. The drug company was shelling it out to millions . Within months, reports were coming out the serious side effects of depression, suicide, aggitation, Unfortunely this couldn't of been done on the animal. The companies come out with short term results, not long term, and try getting info on a drug for any long term side effects. If you have a drug somewhere in your house try getting info on it. anyways why would I put diseases in my body . Isn't that what you are saying , inflict myself. Destroy what I am. So far, , i am healthy. What laboratories do are test on healthy animals and make them sick, dieseased etc. Remember diseases are spontaneous that people get, not inflicted.

Of course I believe in God after what you said. But we are destroying the earth as Earthlings, as the video states, getting worse as the days go on.
These videos are about us, animals and nature. Our evolving over the years. it also is stating for experiments that need to be done on animals, these animals are enduring for what???? Example: A animal is tested for a product, medicine, etc. After the clinical trials , you still need humans for the product, medicine, etc. to be tested on. We are not the same as a rabbit, dog, cat. Also the animals tested just don't have the disease, it is placed in them, not like humans where we have the disease already in place.
