RE: Do children spend too much time indoors using their electronic devices?

There is something of a reprieve from this down in the gutter. In fact, some of the only exercise going for kids nowadays is committing petty acts of vandalism and running away from the police, wealthier kids just play GTA V.

RE: Crazy women, fact or fiction?

If a woman is not ruled by a man then she is to be ruled by her emotions.

Manhood means responsibility, power, confidence, constancy and stability of nature and in her deepest loins this is what a woman yearns for in her struggle towards yin fulfillment, just as the man will be a shadow of himself without her nurture, feminine support and intuitive good sense.

RE: Evolution VS God.Or can Evolution be part of Intelliegent Design?

I think that is but a glimpse at the mechanics of all. That information is not even saying that evolution is not random or chance to some extent. From what we can analyse then the answer to the question is evolution random is both yes and no, but I think the real answer is just no... There are no chance events, there is no random variation, time is only a perception and what happened yesterday is as concrete and fixed as what will happen tomorrow.

RE: Evolution VS God.Or can Evolution be part of Intelliegent Design?

Agreed.

But ruthless? I believe God, I prefer to call it Godhead - the essence of the divine - would have no such feeling. The Godhead is the nature of everything and therefore the nature of nothing as everything negates itself, like how negative inifinity when added to positive infinity creates the number zero.

RE: Evolution VS God.Or can Evolution be part of Intelliegent Design?

Were in the dictionary is where spelt without the H?

Genetic drift and mutations they claim to be random. And they also say that evolution is probabilistic where as I believe that the grand total of all probability is certainty, and we simply cannot map all probability.

RE: Evolution VS God.Or can Evolution be part of Intelliegent Design?

I think the concept of God goes awry when we project Human qualities onto such. I believe that in the eyes of God a bucket of sand is of equal value to Mother Teresa.

No spaces anywhere, no quotation marks, and youtube is all one word. Good to see you back Jim.

RE: Evolution VS God.Or can Evolution be part of Intelliegent Design?

I reject the randomness of Darwin as I believe that what we call random is actually the organisation of the non-obvious and free will is an illusion, therefore, all of creation is determined by destiny.

Goethe's form-fulfilment is in essence, if not in detail, more accurate than Darwin's evolution.

RE: 85 year old American confesses in N Korea

Which would seem to be a far lower standard. In regards to the rest of the Human race, conditions can only become so bad and the misery so great that suicide becomes a rational choice and people commit altruistic suicide by opposing the status quo, or at the least, a general apathy takes hold that brings the state to a standstill - which is closer to what happened with the Soviets.

But within the beehive altruistic suicide can only occur in favour of the Queen.

RE: I'm tired of being sorry.

Well my apparent wrongdoing consisted in not telling her that I'd slept with her friend, not the actual sleeping with her friend itself. I guess I felt that it would do her no good to know and I hadn't cheated, if it wasn't for the fact that the other girl used it to break us up - the other girl wanted to be with me - then it never would have come out.

Anyway, my point to the OP was that my "mistake" was purely incidental to her behaviour, as it transpired she was a paranoid lunatic - the type that creeps in over time - with all the men in her life.

RE: BLACK FRIDAY

You know, to have Thanksgiving which more than any other day celebrates the culture that exterminated Native Americans followed by a day of consumerism from the same culture called Black Friday I find to be rather fitting.

RE: BLACK FRIDAY

I like the name Black Friday because when you think about it Thanksgiving itself is like the Native American Halloween. The name works on two levels.

RE: I'm tired of being sorry.

The problem of making a mistake especially in a new relationship is that you don't know really know who you're dealing with. He may very well use your mistake as an excuse for his own flaws.

I had a relationship where I'd accidentally slept with her best friend before the relationship, which I didn't say anything about, but when she did find out she then used to this justify being possessive and controlling in a way that, as I later found out, she had been with all her previous boyfriends anyway.

RE: BLACK FRIDAY

The sales aren't really about saving money, they're about petty power and emotional frenzy. It's the desire for getting one over the group and that feeling of winning even if it is in the most minor way possible that calls to a certain instinct - namely the womans.

RE: Dads get maternity leave, one year

Why would be aiming for equality here when we know that the Mother is more critical to the child's development, particularly its early development?

Remember, the opposite of equality is not inequality, the opposite of equality is quality.

RE: lucky

Maybe you just bring it out in them.

RE: Knock Out Game: some say it is random. Are you possibly, its next victim.

Apathy, broken homes, namby-pamby parents/police/schools, the hypermasculine backlash to an emasculated culture, lack of a cleansing war, general ruin, hopeless future... There are so many things that have lead us to this, when I was at school they called it happy slapping.

RE: When it comes to modern art paintings like simple shapes&colors...

Which came around the same time as this comment from Andy Warhol

'During the 1960s, I think, people forgot what emotions were supposed to be. And I don't think they've ever remembered'

Andy obviously anticipiated the autistic flavour and artistic deadness of our age, most probably because, in essence, he was these things.

RE: When it comes to modern art paintings like simple shapes&colors...

I think Picasso demonstrated this best with his later works whereby his own volition everything he did was meaningless crap, yet the art world applauded it as genius.

RE: When it comes to modern art paintings like simple shapes&colors...

Modern art reflects our times - a complete and utterly meaningless transition of trends where pretentiousness fills the gap where awe, mystery and wonder should be.

RE: A man must love his wife how much ?

Treat a woman as though she is your everything and she will soon not be anymore. You've always got to keep something for yourself.
