I trust my hairdresser implicitly. She has helped me out on more than one occasion, other than just doing my hair.... she's a darling!

Whilst she is running a business and not a charity, if you have been a loyal and regular customer for that amount of time and she can't be accommodating on this occasion, perhaps time to seek a new hairdresser?

Why did you feel the need to explain that you are NOT gay? If you want to wear make-up and it suits you..... why not?

I don't have a problem with men wearing make-up if they choose, though I wouldn't expect someone to live their life according to what I deemed appropriate for them anyways.

I can't say it would suit my fella but.... different strokes for different folks, surely?!

And I'm not gonna assess whether you or I look better with make-up coz you'd probably win?!

I haven't ever faced such a dilemma, thankfully. In contrast, the side was let down recently by the behaviour of a member of MY family!!

The diversity of views is interesting and refreshing, and I have personally learned a lot from the contrasts. I have enjoyed the varying contributions whether I particularly agree or not....

Most of us enjoy democracy and free debate, and I see it as no different here. Attacking others because of views that don't correspond is tantamount to bullying. I don't believe that should have any place here.
