its been almost a year since i gacve up smoking, and it is everything you say it is,,, smoking is bad,,, and i gave it uo using the same way you did it,, i only 4 days worth, and that was it,,, i stopped, even tho i miss it,, and i would love a smoke, its like AA, it only takes one, and thats it, i have lost, so I will never have another one, ya body goes thorugh hell and back trying to get rid of the crap,,,
