For me all these evil people who take innocent lives can drop dead tomorrow. What concerns me is the innocent person that is executed. In my opinion it only takes one innocent person to be executed and capital punishment cannot be justified.

And what about the family of the innocent person who is executed? Is the innocent person who is executed and there family not a victim/victims?
That is why I say lie imprisonment without parole, because if it is proved that they are indeed innocent then they can be released. Okay, it is not good that any innocent person should be locked up, but it happens. At least they can walk free. They have not been executed for something they have not done.

I do not believe in the death penalty for the reasons I gave in an earlier post.
It has nothing to do with trying to justify there crimes or any crimes.
I have attended horrific murders, locked up murderers, and interviewed murderers. I could not care how they felt and I believe they should be locked up and the key thrown away.
What I do not believe in is injustice.

problem is that the majority of people do not understand what is entailed or required in the gathering of evidence in order to prove guilt or indeed innocence.

You never know, Putin may just sort out the problem which certain other western countries have created by interfering in matters which did not concern them.
He certainly cannot make it any worse!

Since I have been on CS, which is a fair while now, I have seen more fanatical postings by Christians than I have by Muslims.
There are Muslims that post on here on a regular basis that do not get into religious arguments, unlike some Christians who try to force there views down the throats of others.

I will condemn anyone from the investigating officers, forensics, lawyers and judges in any case, not just murder when affairs are not conducted professionally.

Taking aside peoples opinions regarding capital punishment, and you are aware of my opinion, from what I have read the investigation, evidence submitted and trial has been a complete farce.
Whether or not he is guilty, on the way it has been conducted any conviction would be "unsafe".

It is a misconception hat DNA is the ultimate proof of guilt. A person or persons cannot be and should not be convicted on DNA alone.
There is no evidence that capital punishment deters murder. In fact an offender is more likely to kill than leave a witness I the hope of escaping detection.
It only needs one innocent person to be executed and the state is then guilty of murder. The object is to punish not to take revenge.
In the last 30 years numerous people have been released from prison because there convictions were found to be unsafe.

Personally I do not take offence and I understand there reasons.
I have contacted one or two on here who have profiles and looks that appeal to me.
It has not gone the way I wished it to, but just because I wish to meet them it does not mean I fall into what they want.
I believe if they met me we would get on really well, even if not in a romantic way, only a few meeting would determine that.
They have choices and they are entitled to them. I fully understand that they may have concerns that once they start communicating that they will then feel obliged to continue when they have no desire to.
I know I am a decent person and I am what I say I am on my profile, but they don't, or my profile or looks might not appeal to them.
That's life, we cannot always have what we desire.

I need to admit that an attractive woman riding a motorbike, or as a pillion is a turn on for me.
When I go to the MotoGP in Valencia I see all the super sports bikes on the motorway with the women perched on the tinniest seats at the back and all you can see is there thongs! Bless them. The things they do for love.
