Their opinion is whatever drivel happens to be currently percolating below the dull background rumble of other peoples' opinions being expressed as they google the next straw-man to hide their insecurity and inability to think for themselves...

Well, I'm anti-corporate. I believe small-business is the backbone of the over-all wealth in any economy. The problem with America is "Too Big to Fail". That is Empire. We know what happens to Empire.

I learned recently that common law trademark law is not enforceable on the internet. If you want to protect a mark from being used by competitors, get it federally registered, no matter what your lawyer may say or think. China doesn't recognize our Trademarks, and if you don't want knock-offs, register it federally so the SEM providers will reject it. Otherwise you be like... and there will be nothing I can do for you.
