They have very good lifestyles from the drugs laws 
Just this last week I have been given a box of mixed ferero roche, a box of guylian sea shells and some minty chocolate things - I have asked people not to get me choccies but I must whisper it too quietly hey 
No work, no studies, children grown and flown, friends all paired off, and cold snowy winters have all led me to be sitting around far too often so no matter how healthily I eat theres no hope of reaching optimum till the sedantry lifestyle is dealt with - oh and I dont have stairs even to practice on 
I bought my pushbike though so its the start of the plan 
I try not to eat refined foods at all i.e. white sugars and flours ( I even read somewhere that they are carcinogenic) I try to have fruit when my sweet tooth is palaying up too but none of it is much use without the exercise as well so as soon as it warms up Im gonna get going on that bicycle - this should be a laugh
