First of all I never said you were or are worthless or that I despised you ... I said I was indefferent ...

Secondly we are all intitled to make choices ... But we don't all feel the need to justify those choices ...

Thirdly if I thought lowly of myself I'd be attemting to justify myself for my choices ...

I can still do everything I used to 10 years ago ... including playing 5 aside footy (in mixed teams of all ages at work) or dance the night away ... skip down the road ... run down the stairs or up the stairs ... run around a playground with my grandchildren ...

But I know I'm lucky my body hasn't started giving up on me yet!!
