I am not a liberal lefty, never have been. I spent 27 years doing Street Ministry to the homeless, the poor and needy and had many divine appointments given me by the Holy Spirit to prophesy and help thousands. I have brought 100's of homeless people into my home to live, of all races. I have loved every one of them.
So many want to stereo-type people. People are individuals. We are not all the same. I wish this would stop. Respect the individual and their right to be who God has fashioned them to be.
I believe you have somewhat of an understanding in your statement Ches, but grouping people into boxed categories isn't correct. Lefties and Righties and even those in between, have compassion and help their fellow man.
Thank you for sharing your Testimony!!!! So many on here need to hear of this. Yes, God is Real and so is the afterlife. Knowing God, Not Religion is what counts. Being led by the Holy Spirit is what matters. It's the Key to life. Jesus said we must KNOW Him and he gave us One Command... Love One Another! That's Unconditionally. People do not have to meet our expectations, we must love them anyway.
I do understand from the experience you shared here why you would reach that conclusion. Fact is, you are correct to an extent. Many of these political people absolutely Do Not Care about their Constituents! They are in it for themselves, for POWER!
This is why people voted for Donald Trump. Because he was not a politician. He cares. Those politicians who don't care, hate him, because he listens to the People and is fighting to change the things they are concerned about. He doesn't fit the political mold. He refuses to play the game Their Way!
