Thanks, well like I said i'm not going to have some guy i've know for 2 months take half of the legal rights to my child. I was just curious about the actual rights that the baby's father was entitled seen as we werent married and barely dating.
No, I'd never do that. I probably won't even go about doing this. Depends on the whole marriage situation. I'm not even sure if i'm going to list anyone as the father.
Ok so I'm pregnant and I don't want the biological father to actually be the father on the birth certificate. How can i go about having the man i'm seeing legally adopt the baby. Seen as he left shortly after we found out i don't think he should be considered the father.
I'm just curious if i wanted to do this how it would work.
He starts talking about what your kids would look like on your first date. And he has taken the tiime to have them drawn up and presents them to you like a powerpoint presentation.
