RE: Why do people develop into "Serial Killers?"

RE: Why do people develop into "Serial Killers?"

I watched the iceman tape on utube , shows how evil and incredibly low the mob and most organized crime actually is. Ice man just found a super clever way to kill people and made a lot of money from it. He probably got his cool nerves from learning to cut off his feelings when he was young and learned he could assault those harrasing him.

Plutonomy and death of the middle class in America. Good reading on google if you avoid the crackpots in the some media.

RE: Does paying McDonald staff $15 bucks an hour affects my Big Mac?

good point. Unions kept U.S. from going communist in Great Depression but they got out of control in 70s.
Free markets work the best but they require policing and protection against monopolies- in some cases our type of economy can turn into a tiny group of billionaires and starving masses.

RE: Does paying McDonald staff $15 bucks an hour affects my Big Mac?

you can have it your way!!! The problem with a 15$ minimum wage is a free market will make adjustments until a 15 $ wage seems like a $7 wage. 15 $ is too high.

dunno

RE: ISIS Getting Closer To West

why enrage and motivate Isis at this time - just let them attack their neighbors, slaughter fellow muslims, and kill their brothers for power. Then their own brothers can get rid of them for good. Etc. Etc.

RE: ISIS Getting Closer To West

I completely forgot about transparent pigments and glazes, been using them for twenty years.
doh

Stained glass effect, I guess they use reflected light near 100% if on a white ground. But very different from some color in nature and sfumato.

RE: ISIS Getting Closer To West

Exactly, its reflected light in painting and nature both. . In painting its mostly from sfumato. In nature I think its from the surface absorbing all colors but the reflected one. A blue jays feathers are black etc. Nature has much better technique and results, part of the problem is the artist has to use lightfast pigments.

RE: ISIS Getting Closer To West

Polar bears color based on additive properties. Many examples of blue in nature are additive. For instance the bluebird.

Painting can incoporate techniques with additive properties. DaVinci is credited by some with discovering this.

I was embarrased by my first grade teacher when I claimed a Panda was a bear. Now it is my understanding ? they believe a panda is a type of bear.dunno
