In early eighties I bought a new alarm clock. Simple little wind up "Baby Ben"- 50$, a lot of money back then, or a very simple electric one for 10$, Made in China. Took the one for 10$. Kept on ticking for 35 years. Finally just tossed it cause I needed to clean it off.LOL. Similar story about shoes. Really got ripped off on 100$ pair of top name made in USA shoes in 1979. How about cars in 70's and Made in Japan. People everywhere got burned bad by the big name brands in late 70s made in USA. But the China dream is probably over.
What happened to cell phones causing brain tumors? Remember that? I think they put lead in flu vaccines so it would protect us from brain tumors from cell phones.
