Smokers should have the choice & right to smoke BUT OUTSIDE ONLY where they can damage their health and kill themselves BUT not at non smokers risk - or Mine. I believe in Legal strict ENFORCEMENT of NO SMOKING AREAS - any place where PEOPLE ARE AT RISK of fire Garages Petrol stations, food handling Cafe's and in all shops & stores. - WHERE non-smokers cannot avoid or escape from exhaled fumes smoke & THE ambient atmosphere.
Yes unequivocally - And for 2 reasons. With Rights go responsibilities 1. The Riders own Personal safety In a crash no matter whomsoever or whatsoever caused it 2. The Riders Legal duty of responsibility to & respect for other people or relations who, after possible survival would incur responsibilities of looking after the needs & welfare of The survivor (a possible vegetable ) !!!
