No he can't be sued BUT - But Randal Hansen's position is current & sufficiently important for him to comment in public and clearly state his objection to any possibility of confusion with his book of the same title .

My opinions Artistic licence is not necessary if our profiles & qualifications can be substantiated. There are Others on CS however, who generate reams of pages on threads, to whom plagiarism appears a right in the vain attempt to appear intellectual. All they have done was to illegally copy & paste original work of others without due acknowledgement.
