That might be popular thinking where you are but it is down to ignorance.
I know of at least 4 extremely fit "working class" men over 60 with wives in their late 30's in my area who have children attending Primary schools. The kids are all doing very well in all subjects with the help of their fathers Knowledge and teaching / training / Instructor qualifications, much to the annoyance of a particular PC Head mistress with - it must be said less hands on teaching experience.

Yes & as Google is used to access Wikipedia in almost 80% of students cases, the same rule I quoted applies.
Googelis NOT king - When I did my two we were warned to use actual BOOKS and not to rely on the internet.

a Masters or a PhD Thesis unless the information is backed up by an "acredited recognised" source.

The facts are that Zero hours contracts still exist. Exploitation has not been stepped on since 2010 either under the coalition and the Tories since the last election. -- Some Tories, Liberals and even Labour Politicians are wealthy and have shares & investment in businesses which employ over 70% of male & female staff on Zero hours contract labour.
