You are right. The media Panic hype is caused by misinformation particularly in the UK . I know that since the Iraq war, we and the US military have been constantly developing strategic nuclear capability and use of low grade weapons with limited fall out. Strikes on NK and Pygmy Rocket man's home, weapons factories & sites have already been plotted since he Fired their first missiles.
