Posted a page past now, the guy is an abusive bully, thats why he blames you, said before best thing for you to do is get away for a few days and have some me time

cheating is one thing, beatings are another, best thing for you to do is go to your friends and have a little bit of me time, don't answer the phone to him and don't let him know where you are


keeping yourself safe is your number one priority at the moment

Alot of us have been in the situation and I personaly know how hard it is to take that first step away..... maybe going to a womens centre might help you to get through this difficult time

An eldery Aunt once told me when I was stressing about my children (who were quite young at the time) "that they were only on loan" it took me a few years to understand this, the same way as "let it go" both sayings I live by today

Have a better onlook on life with a couple of sayings and alot less stress than ever before, especialy with the line out of the serenity prayer
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

and that I can live with
